Fifteen useful answers about the courses, materials and the way this shop works.

01Do I need programming experience?

The Free Kit and Vertex Packset are written for beginners. Later courses list their prerequisites on the product page, so you can choose a suitable starting point.

02Where should I start?

Begin with the Free Kit. Run the greeting example and try the practice task. If variables and methods are new to you, continue with Vertex Packset before moving into collections.

03What format are the courses?

The collection uses written digital guides, code examples and exercises. The Free Kit is a downloadable HTML guide. Paid course descriptions specify written guides and Ruby practice files; no live tuition or video library is included.

04Is this a subscription?

No. Each displayed price is a one-time price for the selected product. There is no recurring fee and the Free Kit does not convert into a paid subscription.

05What currency are prices in?

All catalogue prices are in euros (EUR). Review the final amount and any applicable tax on the payment page before paying. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

06Do I need to buy all ten courses?

No. The products cover different subjects. Check the module list and prerequisites, then buy only the material you need. A higher-priced course does not automatically include the earlier products.

07How does payment work?

The purchase button opens a short preparation screen, then takes you to an external payment page when payment is available. The payment provider handles your payment details. We do not collect card details on this site.

08What if payment is not available?

If a course does not have an active payment link, you will see a clear message instead of a broken checkout. No payment is taken by this website.

09How are learning materials delivered?

The Free Kit opens directly from this site. For paid orders, the seller supplies a download link to the checkout email after payment confirmation, normally within one business day. Check your spam folder and contact support if it is missing.

10Are there live sessions or personal reviews?

No. These products are designed for independent study. Live classes, one-to-one mentoring and individual code reviews are not included.

11What software do I need?

A computer that can run Ruby, a text editor and a terminal are enough for the core topics. Some examples use Ruby standard-library tools; any additional dependencies should be listed in the course materials.

12Do the courses teach a web framework?

The collection focuses on Ruby itself, command-line programs, files, testing and HTTP basics. It does not advertise a separate web-framework curriculum.

13Can I share or resell the materials?

Your purchase is for personal learning. You may adapt practice code for your own projects, but you may not redistribute, resell or publicly upload the guides or solution collection.

14Can I request a refund?

Yes. See the Refund Policy for eligibility, the request process and timing. Problems such as duplicate charges, missing delivery or defective content can be reported to support. Applicable consumer rights are not removed.

15Will I receive a qualification or guaranteed result?

No accredited qualification, employment outcome or guaranteed result is offered. These materials support practice and understanding; they do not replace formal assessment or professional experience.
