Immediate Delivery After Payment

After successful payment confirmation, paid digital materials are supplied electronically. The Free Kit is available without payment.

All guides, courses, documents, and other learning materials offered through Zooplersage are digital. No physical shipping or delivery is involved.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, such as the independent payment provider presented during checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details.

Once the applicable payment provider confirms that the payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital materials will be made available through a download link, email delivery, another electronic delivery method indicated during the purchase process.

For paid materials, delivery is normally arranged within one business day after confirmation of successful payment.

However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• payment verification or processing;
• delays in communication between the payment provider and our website;
• email delivery delays;
• temporary technical issues;
• security or transaction review procedures;
• incorrect customer information provided during checkout.

Access is provided only after we receive confirmation of a successful payment from the applicable payment provider.

How to Access Your Materials
